I can't believe how much better I feel after just a few runs. I'm feeling like my old self again. Tomorrow I think I'll do a nice easy 6 miles. I can't wait.

Rhett, I'm glad you are feeling good again. You were right, though, it is hard to post when you're not running. LOL
When you had runner's knee, what did you do to get rid of it?

Dale, unfortuantely it mostly just takes time. My understanding is that it is inflamation caused by the patella bone not tracking properly. I did leg extensions to stregthen my quads, wore the knee strap under the knee cap when running, and took a lot of glucossamine/chondroitin.
