It was mile repeats today!!!  I did them on the TM at 1% incline.

1 mile warm up at 8:00

6 x 1 mile with 3 minute walk recoveries.  The first 5 I did at 6:00 and was suprised who good I felt on # 5, so I did the 6th at 5:52. 

1 mile cool down at 8:00

Kathie, my goal for Painter's is to not get hurt this year. Thanks for the reminder Paul. I have been keeping my running to 3 days a week in an effort not to get hurt. Keep reminding me.

Nice job Rhett. What speed and incline do you walk on your recoveries? Even though we have never met,checking in to see what you are doing each day always gives me a boost of inspiration. Have a great Thanksgiving!

Mack, I leave the TM at 1% incline and drop it down to 3.8 mph for my walk recovery. I hope you had a great Turkey Day.
