EZ run with 10 hill sprints over the last mile+.  Avg pace 7:39

Foot pain 2/10 at start quickly shifting to mild tendernss for the rest of the run.

Over all I felt very strong this morning.  I'm looking forward to see how my body responds to a 16 miler tomorrow.

Cumulus Miles: 6.50

Good to hear you're back on your EZ with hill sprints run. Good luck on your 16 miler. I know you'll do great.

He Rhett, did you mention a few weeks ago that you won't be running St. George this year? Or was that someone else?

Yes Dale, that was me . My kids have fall break that week and we have planned a family vacation, so I'm thinking about doing TOU instead.
