I'm up in Utah. It felt good to get in an easy 4 miler. I definitely felt the altitude a bit, but hopefully by Saturday I will have adjusted some.

It was nice to see you in the porta potty line of all places!!! I guess that is the place to meet race morning. The race was a buggar, I hear you were in the medical tent? What happened? I hope it was nothing too serious. I am pretty sure you beat me, I never saw you pass me the final time but I was often looking at the grass while trying to not puke. I did not see many things pass me by!
