Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Ran 8.6 mi in the morning and 4.7 mi during lunch hour. Getting a bit tired of the 2-a-day routines so going to cut back to more once a day and make Tues and Thursday the 2x days. Ah, what does it matter. Probably change it again next week.
Hilly route on the TM over the lunch hour. Randomly set the incline at 4-8% for 1-2 minutes during each 5 min segment of the hour. Fast finish on the last 0.5 mi.
