Missed another day yesterday. That's ok since the top of my right foot was bothering me again. Either tied my shoe too tight or when I run I can tell my right foot slides into position from the outside instead of straight forward. I think that is putting some strange pressure on my fore foot structure (more angular). Looks like this week will shape up to be "half-way" decent instead of decent as I planned. For some reason it's become hard to stay focused on running. Oh well, if I can just run 8-12 miles a day for the rest of my life I would be extremely happy. |
