Ran 15 miles before lunch. All at an easy pace with the exception of the last mile, which I finished Van Aaken style (progressively faster). I felt light headed and flushed of energy the first 4 miles. Felt like the last 3 miles of a marathon, but without the soreness. Thought I would bag the run, but then all that subsided and I finished feeling fine. I think my blood sugar was dropping after eating breakfast beforehand about an hour or so.
Accepted the position in IL today and will being moving there within the next month. Finally will be working again!!! That is a good thing, right? Yeah, work is good. I think. |
