Personal:

I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties.  Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation.  It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again.  Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Brisk run of 8 mi. (7:33 avg).  Temps in the 70s and sunny.  This is November?  Really lacked motivation before this run, but now I'm glad I went out.

Wow, nice weather, hope it holds up for you for a while to keep up good runs like this one!

Any less stress yet at the job? Things will be topsy-turvy for a while I am afraid.

Yes, weather has been really great, but that's all changing soon. Job, has been crazy and concerning. Just keep running for the sake of keeping my sanity these days. I need someone like you nearby to run with once and while though. I offer people to come along with me, but they think I run too fast or the distance intimidates them. I don't understand why some people don't push themselves or stretch their limits. Running the same 5 mi. everyday seems really boring, but I don't want to knock them down. At least they are keeping fit.
