Personal:

I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties.  Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation.  It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again.  Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness and life.

Spent the morning covering 31 mi.  Really not feeling too bad and can see how taking scheduled walking breaks of 100-200m is the way to go for covering longer distance.  Nothing to eat before, but began fueling after 1 hr. of activity.  My right foot was not an issue during the run, but is still a little tender when pressure is placed on it.  Finished in 4:45:00 (9:10 avg).
