Spent the morning covering 31 mi. Really not feeling too bad and can see how taking scheduled walking breaks of 100-200m is the way to go for covering longer distance. Nothing to eat before, but began fueling after 1 hr. of activity. My right foot was not an issue during the run, but is still a little tender when pressure is placed on it. Finished in 4:45:00 (9:10 avg). |
