Personal:

I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties.  Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation.  It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again.  Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness and life.

Still hanging in there.  Not much progress on the knee front.

Sorry to hear the knee is not getting any better.

What are you up to know a days?

Finishing up classes and then hitting the bricks to look for a job again. One year of school has been enough for me. I was heading back to change my career, but that's not happening because I didn't like the toll it was taking on my family, my health, and my faith. Anyhoo, trying to piece together my running, but my right knee is not cooperating. I really want to run longer, but I can't ignore the pain.

Don't push it too much, listen to your body so you can heal up first before increasing the mileage.

Good luck with the hunt!
