Personal:

I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties.  Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation.  It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again.  Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Recovery run focusing on form and cadence.  I believe my chest pain might be caused by excessive arm movement during hills and fast pace.  Focused on keeping my hands low, but shoulders upright with a relaxed upper body.  Felt better than yesterday.  Carrying the Camelbak yesterday probably didn't help things either.  A great week considering the injury issues and still a personal best for weekly mileage.  YA!

Thanks Dave. I'm hoping that slow and steady works this time around since I'm having issues incorporating faster training.

Great week of running! This is two nice weeks in a row. I am sure this will pay off for Boston. Good job!

congrats on the mileage. Bostons looking good. It's great that you seem to be keeping those injuries at bay or at least managable.

Thanks guys. Manageable or I'm getting better at whining.
