Personal:

I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties.  Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation.  It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again.  Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness and life.

Easy recovery run on the treadmill with 7 x 1 min hills near the end (5-6%).  Legs and mind felt better after the 45 min. mark.  Felt like I entered a different stage at that point and running became increasingly easier.  Anyway, a solid week and I was able to add a little speedwork as well.

Good solid week. Interesting career you stated in your profile. I love that stuff. I'm a CNBC junkie!

Thanks guys! Just keep plugging away.

Steve, my career is not a popular one these days. These markets have everyone scratching their heads. We are in a paradigm shift, but I'm afraid the govt. is just trying to create something out of nothing again.
