AM: Progression to 7:30 pace over 4 mi + Strength training. Really tired this morning.
PM: Ran 8 mi over a hilly course (7:43 avg) during lunch hour. Temps in 30s with full sun. Sloppy sidewalks so I had to keep slowing down at times. That's "ok" though since I'm not in a real push phase yet. Back to the desk. |
