Personal:

I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties.  Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation.  It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again.  Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Glad the foot's starting to feel better. Any racing scheduled for the near future?

Thanks Dave. I've kind of checked out of the blog lately and just enter the bare minimum. Not really much planned for racing as I'm trying to conserve cash plus legs keep getting nagging little injuries. I am running a 50 mile foot race the end of July and then the Twin Cities Marathon in Oct.

50 miles...hence the 80-90 mile weeks. I'll continue to pray for you both physically and in spirit. Keep making the most of every day God's blessed you with...hope all is well.

Thank you for your prayers.
