So the 1 mile didn't go as planned, neither did the 800 I ran. I ran a 2:20 800, not the best. I'm starting to like the 800 and I want to get really good at it so I can run relays with it.

Ran at my old Junior High's Fun run today and won by at least 2 min. It was a weird experience running a 5k because I'm so used to track, but I liked it.
