Progressive run on the treadmill starting at 6mph for the first quarter mile and then increasing the speed (at 1% incline) by .1 each quarter mile. I ended up running the last .17 at 6:40 pace before the hour was up and the treadmill went into limp mode and I walked out the last .08. Average pace was 8:06, but I felt stronger in the last few miles than I expected given that I've been so tired lately. Anyway, glad to start adding a little speed back in again. |
