After my Saturday run, I spent some time playing frisbee with the kids. I ended up straining some part of my upper calf muscle on my right leg. I immediately iced it, but something's damaged. I iced and took ibuprophen since then and tried three short jogs of 2 miles each today. I can run, but I think I may be doing more damage than good. I think I'm going to take two days off with just some good walking and icing and see if I can get it to recover quickly. |
