Ran 5.5 on TM this morning after sleeping in like a lazy man. 1 easy and then 4 at 7:30 and .5 at 6:40 pace.
Did another 6.5 at lunchtime outside. Great run. First two at about 8min then 4 at 7:24, 7:01, 7:03, 7:09 with .5 cooldown at the end.
Finish the day with a core workout and a spin class. Not bad. |
