Ran 10 miles on the snow covered East Wilderness trail with running friends Troy and Terry. Good workout with climbs, descents, and core work trying to remain stable on the icy surface or collapsing snow. Ran 3 more miles on the pavement with 2 at 8:30 and one at 7:30 to finish off the week with 60 total running miles plus two spin classes. Nice start to the new year. |
