Great progressive run this morning. Ran first five descending from a 10min pace to 8min. Then ran 7:47, 7:41, 7:35, 7:30, 7:24, 7:19, 7:13 and that final .7 at 6:40. That was the 99 minutes the treadmill gave me so I restarted it and jogged .4 to finish up 13.1. The calf felt fine. Small twinges in my left hammie, but it held up fine. I need to do more stretching and some more work with the stabilizer muscles in my calf muscles. |
