went to the track to see how my foot would do on a run. 1 easy around track. no problem. tried a few pickups, started to hurt again. OK, so I guess that is it. No Bolder Boulder, the only race I really care about for the entire year, and I had an A wave bib to boot. I will probably lose my coveted status as a member of the Logan FRB running club, and it is just a matter of time before Cody and Jon take me off their favorites list, which will hurt even more. But I don't blame them. But I will be back. Faster than ever. Just wait for first dam run this fall.

I have one that interfaces with Outlook so that it appears as if it were a new e-mail. Everytime a new post is created for the sites I set up, I get a notification. Saves me time checking to see if anyone updated their blog.

I use Attensa River of News

Downside is it doesn't notify me when someone updates (could be a good thing) for a second PM run.

Sorry you are still hurting. And a wasted A wave at Bolder Boulder- darn shame. Maybe I can use it! But as long as you keep blogging, we won't kick you out of the Logan FRB chapter. Although Paul is technically the founder and President, so he would have to confirm.

If either of you guys wants to run as me on Memorial day you are welcome to use my bib- I'll bet "I" would win my age group, but some blog lawyer might find out and tip them off in which case we might get subpoenaed for fraud or something.

I will see if I can get a deferral but if not I will just withdraw and keep my cool t-shirt as a souvenir.
