sore spot on shin flared up a tad after my 7 miler yesterday... so just did an easy 3 in the five fingers. I think I am going to have to start incorporating some cross training or water running to supplement these low miles to get my CV fitness up. Then again I am enjoying the lazy summer. I am thinking Carslbad marathon in January as a possible target race if my leg holds up. 3.05 @ 7:36 |
