Canal trail from USU to LC river trail single track and back. And my left foot just started hurting again. Great. Three weeks off, expensive physical therapy, dutifully doing exercises etc, orthotic arch supports at Dr advice, new shoes, mucho dollars spent and maybe back to square one. sigh.

Red Rooster,

Sorry to hear about that. So that means you can't run the SLC half? If so, bummer.

Steve, yeah, I am calling it quits for a while. I have a pretty irritated posterial tibial tendon so am going to just work on stengthening it with exercises and resting it with some non weight bearing cardio stuff like biking and swimming. I doubt I will be running again for several months but maybe sooner if I can get this under control. good luck in the half, I look forward to reading your race report. Scott
