pm 2.5 was above 30 this morning... my cutoff is 25... so I checked the weather conditions/forecast and noticed a nice east wind coming down BF canyon- so I ran there in nice clean air. Hyrum city park to Rock Creek sign is 12 miles RT. 7:37 pace.

yeah, ostler and I are running the SLC 1/2 together, are you doing that?
we were missionaries together in Norway back in 1980-1982. He got me back into running several years ago by forcing me to train for the DN 10K.
Hope you can slide into Ogden, are you on the waiting list?
