first dam parking lot to Spring hollow campground and back with Joe Furse, beautiful morning, lots of runners on the trail but we passed em all. we would have passed Cody and Jon too if they were going the same way, good thing they were coming down as we were going up. Joe pushed me good, wore me out, good run, perfect weather.

thanks! yeah, we have a series of dams up the Logan river, first dam, second dam, third dam. we even have a "first dam run" in the fall. My mother will be here next week for my daughters high school graduation, I will show her your posts about Richard Peck, she will like that!

yeah, and you guys looked good for finishing a 20 miler with no water! glad my spot is secure for the temporary future at least...we still have to do a run together sometime!
