I think I am going to be really really sorry about tuesdays five finger workout.. my calves feel like raw hamburger.

Oh well, I decided to run 8 x 200 as a final speed tuneup for my "crash and burn" half on Saturday. About 39 seconds each.

Hope those calves get feeling better by Saturday. My back has been keeping me from running all week. It's feeling pretty good today. Hopefully by Saturday it'll feel good enough to race and I don't end up a dns or dnf.

thanks, and sorry to hear about the back, good to hear it is getting better (knock on wood), will be looking for you Saturday AM.

I think you'vee reached your short term goal (to stop aging). 39 seconds running on hamburger is great.

Steve, thanks, As I was running today I pretended I was racing Usain Bolt on my intervals, it made them a little funner. I think I will set a new long term goal to beat him in the 200 meters. All I have to do is cut my times a little more than in half. should be easy.
