| | Long run, decided it was time to either put up or shut up, so I am going to try to bump up to 100 miles this week. Went well, felt long run tired the last few miles. | Add Comment |

| | Ran Sugarhouse & Liberty Loop, just felt low on energy today at least for the first half. Went better the second half, only one run today! Hopefully I'll have something for the 15k tomorrow. | Add Comment |

Winter Series 15k (9.34 Miles) 00:54:30, Place overall: 4, Place in age division: 2 | | Another winter series in the books, windy out today but luckily let up some for the race. Ran nice even splits going out and caught Rob on the way back, hip flexor was a little tight in the last few miles. Warmed up with Fritz and cooled down with a bunch of people from the race.
