Off yesterday then into a 10, 7, 3 or 4 mile plan going into TOU.  To get a little work in I ran hard up state street hill and hit my goal pace (~6:30) coming down CCC.  Mr. Garmin was a little off today so I have to share how hilariously off it was by showing first my normal tracked route and today's route.

I like how instead of using the streets, you just cut across the tops of the houses, spider-man style.

The other day my Garmin did its one-mile beep about 2 minutes into my run. I should put it on Strava - that might be a world record.

Definitely not Garmin's best work. Nice run all the same!
