AM: Ran with the whole crew out of Highland at 6AM (Ugh) but it was a good run with sore legs from the day before.
PM: Was going to triple, and by triple I mean run twice and nap. Mission Accomplished! Felt a lot better on run number 2 which bodes well for tomorrows workout. Also I'll need all these miles to burn off all the calories from all the food that my family sent out.
