Breakfast: Oatmeal Lunch; Refried Beans and Brown rice sides: avocados, green onions, cheese, tomatoes, salsa... homemade rootbeer to drink with homemade rootbeer popsicles for dessert Dinner: Enchilada Casserole sides: garden cucumbers...I am so happy I planted 12 plants this year and get a cucumber for dinner or lunch almost everyday. FHE treat: Gramwiches...more of those cookies I could eat all by myself. I bought 4 boxes thinking they'd last a few weeks.... |
