Breakfast: Oats and Yogurt w/ sliced strawberries Mid morning snack (we had friends coming over and needed to do lunch later)-strawberries and cream, natural cheetos, yogurt triple berry smoothies. Lunch: Mashed Potatoes and chicken sausage

Dinner: Leftover mashed potatoes (we had a lot leftover because Daddy wasn't around to eat most of them and I just so darn used to cooking for him) and....whatever else the kids felt like...bread and jam, oats and milk.....smoothie popsicles I made this morning. Then we went to the park after dinner and brought along our huge bag of baby carrots from Costco and they had millions of them. I always used to bring fresh veggies to the park. My kids will munch on anything when they are happily playing..so I sneak in more veggies that way. I didn't have much of an appetite tonight but was hungry...perfect recipe for a blood sugar crash and no husband around......so sorry for myself. ....I know that they are having a time and I wouldn't interfere for the world....enough chatter....night y'all
