Breakfast: The granola is gone. My 3 year old demanded that I produce more granola that instant...he is usually pretty good with his demands but I guess didn't quite understand this time. So, we had raw rolled oats with milk and agave. My kids adore this combination and I'm pretty happy with it too. Lunch: Tuna Casserole (veganaise mayo, pickles, cucumbers, tomatoes and sunflower seeds) sides; watermelon and a very few sugar snap peas from our garden :) Dinner: Rhubarb Crisp I didn't have any shopping to do this afternoon and felt ambitious so we picked the rhubarb in our backyard and made a delicious dessert...for dinner. I will feed my kids apple crisp or peach cobbler for dinner sometimes too. |
