Breakfast: Oatmeal (agave, cinammon on top) sides: homemade whole wheat bread w/ all fruit jam (I buy smuckers all fruit jam at Wal-mart for the best price I've found for sugar-free jam) Ask me sometime to tell you about the failed jam experiments I've done. One batch in particular still sits on my shelf and bears the title "Texas Barbeque Jam" Lunch: Baked Chicken ( I marinated the chicken legs last night w/ braggs, coriander and sage. I'll probably add some more braggs and then bake them for an hour. I've started always covering the chicken I bake so it's more tender and doesn't dry out) sides: barley ( I added this to the chicken to let it soak up all the juices..yum) cucumbers , watermelon, fresh garden peas (I leave these out of the salad because Sasha doesn't like them in) Dinner : TBA
