After 3 months of rest, PT and nitro-glycerin patches, the doc did the dry needling thing to my achilles and heel on Tuesday. OUCH!

Another week in a boot and some more PT after that should make me good as new.

I would do it all over again on the other foot for the blessing I received this week. I got to meet my sister for the first time. Words can't describe how happy I am right now.

She was adopted at birth in '65 and the law recently changed so she was able to get a copy of the original birth record with our moms name on it. She had tried before and been shut down.

She got the name Monday and found mom and me via FB on Tuesday. We live less than 20 miles apart. She is awesome and she also gave me a niece and nephew that are just as great. How awesome is that?!

I ran 3 last week and 5 today. It hurts, but not as much as the rest of me does from not running.
