Still being lazy and taking it easy. The legs feel really good and have for the most part recovered. This is the best I have felt after a marathon ever! I could have started running last wednesday but I only ran once down in Arizona so I'm glad that I have recovered so quickly! My plan is to run some tomorrow and then gradually increase mileage as I go. I did get signed up for the runners series again but I don't know if I'm going to run SG again or not, with Ethan In cross country that time of the year I just don't want to miss anything. I will have to see how it goes and then go from there, I will run the races that I need to run to get in but I don't know after that. But, I reserve the right to change my mind:)! HAHA!

See ya tomorrow.

I ran out towards Payson this morning, man was it cooler than I'm use to but it felt good. My legs had a hard time adjusting to the colder weather but I like the change of seasons. My legs felt okay but not great, just a little hard to get going kind of thing but I haven't really run since the SGM other than a couple of miles so they were bound to be a little hesitant to want to go... My average pace was easy at 8:55 with a total time of 41:54, my back was a little sore still I mainly felt it after the run when I tried to do some stretching but it didn't bother me to much while I was running. I plan on running tomorrow I'm not sure how far I will go, I just need to play it by feel and not take it all to seriously. I will go for a full week of running next week though, I've had a good 2 weeks off and now its time to get at it again.

See ya tomorrow.

I ran out to Mini Gu via canal road and then back to the house, legs were totally beat and I had a hard time getting them to move,  it was mind over matter! They still must be recovering from the marathon, maybe the in-activity has hurt me a little bit too. My average pace was 9:04 with my total time at 55:00, I hope next week my legs are feeling better because its hard to get motivated with them feeling like this. It was a beautiful morning though, I love running this time of year.

See ya Monday.
