I ran out past the old barn via canal road and the pace was nice and slow. My foot felt good at the start but then about half way through it started to hurt again, but a lot less than it has been so that is good. My average pace was 9:06 with the total time being 29:58 my HR average was 147 so about the same as last week. I finished up with my upper body weight training and then some push-ups, it is good to be out running again and I hope my foot will gradually get better each week and I hope my fitness will come back quickly too!

See ya later.

I ran out past the Stake Center this morning, the foot felt okay right at first but then for the rest of the run it was a bit of a bother, at least more than yesterday. I worked it out pretty good when I returned home and it seems okay as I write this so maybe it was just tired, I hope... My average pace was slow at 9:28 and my total time was 32:16, HR average was at 141 so a little better but then again I was going slower today than yesterday, but not by much. I am so sick of this darn foot, I wish it would just get better all ready.! I know its improving but my patience is wearing thin! I finished up with some lower body weight training and then my hip workout as well.

See  ya tomorrow.

I ran out past the old barn via canal road and the funny thing this morning was I just kept waiting for my foot to hurt and it really never did, every once in a while I thought it was starting to hurt but it stayed about the same for the whole run. As a result my pace was a hair quicker, average pace was 8:57 with my total time at 29:08 my HR average was at 144, it was a little lower and I was at a quicker pace this morning than yesterday. I did start wearing a bracelet that has magnets in it so I don't know if that is whats helping my foot or not, but I'll stay with it.  I finished up with my upper body weight training and then some push-ups, now its off to work:(

See ya tomorrow.

I ran out past the Stake Center again this morning via canal road and my foot was not good this time, as good as it was yesterday is as bad as it was today... I thought after yesterday that I had turned a corner with it but that doesn't seem to be the case. I kept the pace slow and easy, 9:30 and then the total time was 28:41 with my HR average at 143. I finished up with strength training on my lower body; quads, hips and calf's. Hopefully tomorrow my darn foot will be doing better, here's to hoping!!!! Maybe today was just one of those days.

Later.

My foot was a little better today than yesterday so I pushed It a little harder today and it felt good to get the legs moving a little faster and I do mean a little. My average pace was 8:36 with my HR average at 151, total time was 28:13. Mile 3 was 8:12 mile, my goal is to get that down to where it use to be so its a 7:12 mile which would be fast for me, but I have a long way to go and first and foremost I need to get this stupid foot back to a 100%. I ran out past the old barn towards Payson via canal road, it was a nice morning and I had to wear my gloves for the first time, I hate cold hands.

See ya tomorrow

Yesterday I was stepping out of the shower and I stepped kind of funny and I felt a twinge in my back and now I can't even walk!!! The hits just keep on coming! I had my brother-in-law work on me last night and it helped a little bit but then when I woke up this morning it was really stiff. Between my foot and my back it was just all I could do to get out of bed this morning, but I was able to get out the door and get a run in. It felt like I was running sideways but I was able to get it in. I was really, really slow  my average pace was right at 10:00 total time was 30:28. After the run I tried to stretch but some I just couldn't do because of my back, I was able to get my lower body strength training in and also my hip exercise in. I just can't catch a break, I have this happen with my lower back sometimes, all I have to do is sneeze wrong and it goes out for a few days. I know it will get better but I just didn't need this right now, I'm having a hard enough time dealing with my foot let alone my darn back!!! Oh well, not much I can do.

See ya Monday.
