Yesterday I was stepping out of the shower and I stepped kind of funny and I felt a twinge in my back and now I can't even walk!!! The hits just keep on coming! I had my brother-in-law work on me last night and it helped a little bit but then when I woke up this morning it was really stiff. Between my foot and my back it was just all I could do to get out of bed this morning, but I was able to get out the door and get a run in. It felt like I was running sideways but I was able to get it in. I was really, really slow  my average pace was right at 10:00 total time was 30:28. After the run I tried to stretch but some I just couldn't do because of my back, I was able to get my lower body strength training in and also my hip exercise in. I just can't catch a break, I have this happen with my lower back sometimes, all I have to do is sneeze wrong and it goes out for a few days. I know it will get better but I just didn't need this right now, I'm having a hard enough time dealing with my foot let alone my darn back!!! Oh well, not much I can do.

See ya Monday.

Dang Clay! I know how that back stuff is! And it ain't pretty! My poor little girl was afraid to sneeze for the longest time because she thought everyone who sneezed would end up as miserable as I was. I hope things are loosening up a bit. For some reason you are having to deal with a bunch of stuff right now....who knows why? But hopefully it will all get out of the way and your turn of back luck will be over for a good long time!
