I Really didn't feel like running this morning and I all most didn't go but I was able to get out the door after I took Ethan to Cross Country. I ran the Payson Park loop which I haven't done since the Utah Valley Marathon, my legs really didn't want to go but I just tried to stay after it and they seemed to hang in there. My average pace was 8:36 with a total time of 1:01:45, no strength training to as I am late and I need to get going. I will run Payson canyon with the boys tomorrow, can't wait!:) My calf felt pretty darn good so I am hoping that I am getting past that for good! Now if I could just break out of this funk that I seem to be in, I need a pick me up without the caffeine!

See ya tomorrow.

Just a quick run before I head off to trek! should be interesting. I ran out to Mini Gu and then back to the house, 8:30 Average. We will be walking 6 miles today so I will be counting this as cross-training.

See ya when I get back.

We did the Womens pull and man was it a steep hill!!! I was so proud of all the young-women today I was going to step in and help them and they yelled at me, "We can do it, don't help". Todays route wasn't to bad pretty flat and easy pulling, but they say tomorrow that it will get really harry.

See ya tomorrow.

Today was pretty brutal. Some very steep hills and I was pretty worried for some of our kids but they were amazing and we made it down all right!!!

We are on our final trek today. We our finishing at the Manti temple and what a cool thing it was... All the kids did so great and it was a blessing to have Ethan, my son, in my group. That kid carried that hand cart every day and he was on the front the whole way, he is just an awesome kid and I am so blessed to be his Father. This whole thing was pretty amazing! I am so glad that I had a chance to go! It was faith building and it was so great to see each kid grow his or her testimony, it surely help strengthen mine!!! I'm just so blessed to have the family that I have and the kids that I have, Sophie and Cade went as well and they did such an awesome job. They all bared their testimony the final night and it was so cool, I just feel so blessed right now that I all most feel guilty. I hope the people on this blog don't get mad that I counted the walking as cross training but I did, it was pretty darn tough.

See ya Monday
