PM- I jumped on the elliptical after work and calf was a little sore but tolerable. 10 minute warm up and then I did the fast track which progresses up to 7 on the resistance, 20 minutes, after that I cooled down for another 10 minutes at a moderate pace. I finished up with some lower body weight training, well as much as my right leg would let me which wasn't very much, and then iced my tender spots. See ya tomorrow.
