No running today. My calf is still bad so I did 60 minutes of strength training upper body only and core strength training, I also included some major stretching in that 60 minutes, mainly my calfs and hamsrtings and quads. I will see how my calf is doing in the mourning to see if I can make it go. This is very dissappointing, I am glad I am not trianing for something or then I would be really depressed. |
