No running today. I held out hope that I would be able to get her done but it didn't happen... My thighs are really sore from the race on Saturday so its probably good that I took an extra day off, I know I'm a wimp, but I just don't want to chance an injury. The plan is to run some tomorrow and then gradually increase each day. I can't believe that a little old 10K can make me so sore, I know it was downhill for a lot of it and I pushed the pace pretty good but come on! Oh, well at least I'm in the SGM for another year with out going through the lottery so that is a good thing, I think:)
