My first mile split was 7:57 and then it was pretty much down hill from there. The 2nd mile split was 8:32, mile 3 was 8:42, mile 4 in 8:28, and then 8:41 for mile 5, and then mile 6 in 8:42 for a total of 51:06. My legs felt real heavy today and I just could not get going. I know it was suppose to be a recovery run and boy was it. I also did 20 miuntes of lower body strength training. |
