My Daughter Sophie had a slumber party with some friends so they were occupying my workout room so I had to do it after work. I jumped on the elliptical to start, 10 minute warm up and then I did the fast track which is 20 minutes and it progresses to a 7 on the resistance and then back down to 1, a pretty good workout. After that I hit the treadmill for 1 mile, started out slow at a 5 and then progressed to a 7 and then backed down to a 5. My back felt okay but the foot was a bit of a bother but I got through it. I finished up with my lower body strength training, quads, calf's and the like. See ya tomorrow.
