I was given the okay to run a few miles as ordered by my PT and at first I was a little worried as it was pretty tight but it seemed to get better the further I ran so that was a good thing. I was only suppose to go a couple of miles but ended up going 3.15 and I felt like I could have gone more but I am trying to play it smart. After the run I jumped on the elliptical and ran 4.11 miles in 40 minutes, my HR average was above 150 for the duration on that run. My average pace for the run was 8:37 with a total time of 27:01... The real rest will be tomorrow to see how the calf has handled today's workout and then go from there, but it seemed the longer I was into every thing the better it felt so I am hoping it is finally getting loosened up and back to normal. I guess tomorrow will tell the story, goo or bad:) Later.
