I ran out to Mini Gu this morning and then back to the house all via canal road. It seemed a little warmer this morning but I still used my face guard for the first little bit but its losing its elastic so it wouldn't stay covering my face, I might need a new one. My average pace was easy at 8:43 and my total time was 53:09... After the run I did my lower body weight training, I kept it light though.
