I ran out to Gu corner and then back to the house, my legs felt a little better today which was a good thing I had a couple of sub 8 minutes miles so I will count then as MP miles. My average pace was 8:18, total time was 1:06:50, after the run I jumped on the elliptical for 21 minutes, started out slow and then progressed up to a moderate pace (95RPM) until the end. I feel pretty good about the run  and the workout in general, I need to find a race like a half marathon or something just to see where I'm at. On a side not I played in my first Pro Am golf tournament for the year yesterday and I played pretty good for not much playing or practicing, I shot an even par 72 which was kind of fun. I could have been another 2 or 3 under par but I missed 3 or 4 birdie putts with in 10 feet, but I'm still pretty happy with the round.

See ya tomorrow.

Tyler- I don't know if I'm good or not, I had alot of good breaks. I have another Pro AM on Monday on a tougher course so we will see how I do, it will be a good gage to see where I am at.

Nice job at the golf, and run too.
