I ran the Payson park loop this morning and extended down into the Park. I felt okay for the first 4 or 5 miles but then the last 2 miles were pretty much a death march, I haven't been feeling real great lately... No injuries or anything like that I just haven't felt real chipper, but at least I was able to get her done this morning and have a good start to the week. My average pace was 8:30 and my total time was 1:01:03, I didn't wear my HR monitor so I have no info on that. I hope I feel better as the week goes on and I can get some energy along the way. I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups. See ya tomorrow.
