I just ran along Canal road this morning, my legs were pretty dead from the get go and I know it was from the leg strength training yesterday and the plan was for a liter day today anyway so I took it. My average pace was slow at 8:55 with a total time of 46:21, I finished up with some upper body weight training on the Bowflex and then some push-ups. I might try some hills tomorrow but I will have to see how my legs are recovering and then go from there. See ya tomorrow.
