I hit the elliptical today after work. My IT Band was a little sore after my run yesterday so I opted to cross train today. 6.25 miles in 60 minutes, my HR was in the 145 to 150 range the whole way so a pretty good workout. After that I did some leg lifts and some calf raises and then rolled my leg with the big foam roller and now I am icing, fun! See ya tomorrow.
