A nice afternoon run out to mini GU and then back to the house, on the way back I really tried to lengthen my stride and it seemed to help with my Hammy and things, my brother-in-law, the Physical Therapist, wanted me to try and do this cuz he thinks with all the injuries that I have had over the last few years that I have shortened my stride some. So for half of each run he wants me to really focus on my form and my stride, it was hard cuz I tend to speed up when I do that so I had to really relax and keep the pace easy and steady. My average pace was 8:26 with my total time at 51:38 and my HR average was at 146, so It felt pretty good so I will try and continue to do this and see how it goes. See ya tomorrow.
